We have taken alot of trips there. They finally replaced the furniture from the 70s in the cabins. The rec center is shut down, so there isn't much for the kids to do besides fish. It's peaceful and a nice, affordable getaway.

My school doesn't have on campus tennis courts, but our tennis team has been able to use the courts here for practice and home games. Lake Lowndes has also given me many fond memories of when my mom would bring my brother and I to play on the playground while she walked with her friends.
