Update 12/30/2015: we've had this company for something like 4 years and were really happy. But about 3 months ago, regular service started going down hill. We have noticed that they appeared to be going through employee after employee but at the time we weren't sure exactly why. So we called to say that the guy cleaning our pool was spending only about 4 minutes at our house and when they leave, the pool is still visibly dirty. The guy on the phone didn't seem concerned at all, and we were given several excuses as to why this would be. But, they said they would fix the issues. Two weeks ago, we called again to say that the guy left again and there was dirt still in the pool. They said the guy would be out that day to fix it. Three missed dates later, the guy finally shows up and cleans the pool. The manager still didn't seem to care when we talked to them on the phone. This past week, same exact issue so we called and cancelled service. The manager yet again, didn't seem to care one bit and simply said "okay" when we told him to cancel our service. We chose this company mainly because of the price with the services they offer. So far I am happy with our choice. I used to tell people that a monster that crapped algae lived in the pool because I couldn't keep it blue. The service tech said that this wouldn't be a problem for me and I laughed. Well, about a week after they came it turned blue and has stayed that way. I don't really know what they do, but it works. And the price is great.

I hired this company to level the pavers on my lanai that had settled near the edge of me pool after previously using them to replace the motor on my pool pump with good results. The owner of the company estimated that it was a simple job that should take about four hours. They were supposed to perform the work on a Monday while we were away on vacation. When we got back we discovered that the work was not done. After several inquiries they came out and worked for about two hours before suddenly leaving with no notice. I went back two days later to inquire as to the status and couldn't get a straight answer. They did show up again the next day and worked for about and hour once again suddenly leaving without completing the work. There were a number of pavers that had been badly chipped along the edges when they had been set back into place. There were also several pavers missing leaving a 4" hole deep hole in the lanai. After several more calls/visits to the store I could not get a straight answer as to what the problem was. I eventually had to hire another company to finish the work and replace the damaged pavers. As the previous reviewer stated - STAY AWAY!!!!

I have used Aqua Pool for years. I was a walk-in at their shop off Daniels Parkway many years ago. I have a 15 foot by 5 foot fountain with a Hayward pool pump. They have been cleaning, servicing my home. They drained and fully cleaned fountain interior about a year ago. But I am extremely pleased with their weekly service. They are very professional and extremely affordable.

Aqua Pool & Spa Supply provides services for hundreds of customers in the Fort Myers area, including routine maintenance at our home. They provide us with reliable and competent maintenance, they leave test reports of each visit that reassures us our Pool is safe, and comfortable to use. They are quick to notify us of any concerns they observe. The company has always been quick to answer or call us back during business hours, and are quick to come out and check our pool or alter treatment as indicated. They do all this for a comparatively modest and price. If profit is the reward for a job well done, then they have earned it here.
