The doctor disregarded and minimized a serious condition in my child. Office staff made it slow and difficult to get info to referring professionals. I would not recommend this clinic. Unprofessional and uniformed.

I had a great experience last year and wanted to share it with everyone. I had a late appointment and realized that if I was going to finish the full appointment I would need to pick up my daughter from daycare. They told me to pick her up and bring her there and we would finish when I get back. They were so nice to my daughter and I even though it was past closing time. Thank you!

I've been visiting this location for 11+ years. Every visit thus far has been a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond for everything I inquire about, from expert advice on selecting frames, glasses repair and even over the phone inquiries about having my prescription information sent to my email. I've never had any issues. I would highly recommend this place. Overall it's a fantastic location and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever for my son. The ladies that were assisting were both rude and unhelpful. I wouldnt recommend this place to a single person. My son was so traumatized and they really didnt seem to care one bit . I will say, the eye doctor wasnt bad and I think his name was Landon. So I want to at least make that clear. He was super nice so I dont want to throw shade at him necessarily. It was the assistants that had bad vibes and energy and were not very kind throughout the process. They told me that the whole 40 minutes of testing my 4 year old did was a waste because he wouldnt do the second eye drop. Which is ridiculous in my opinion. I would have liked at least some educated guess on how we should proceed. It was just overall an unpleasant experience. Maybe I just got unlucky and got horrible workers that day because Im wondering why they have such good ratings.
