I got a pair of boots and they were scratch, I told the associated and she told me that she can clean them with some kind of oil well I trusted her but at the 3 rd day I wanted to wear them but for my surprise they were worse she damage them . When I went to the store the cashier went to the back and got a woman with short hair and glasses and that woman was very rude and i acussed me that I damage the boots and I can’t exchange it or returned because they were damage and they don’t use strong cleaners and I told her the name of the associated that cleaned the boots to ask her and on a very strong and rude way she told me “ I’m going too “ at the end after been mistreated they gave a credit and I got something else but they told me final sale and I can’t echagebor return when they wasn’t final sale . I felt discriminated for something I didn't do . If that happen to the real Tory store no outlets that doesn’t happen. For year I been expending thousands of dollars on Tory but now I don’t know . I think this is my last purchase. So ladies check carefully what you are getting , there are very mean people there , that don’t really care about Tory Burch reputation .
