Hi Paul, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you have had a bad experience when you came to visit our shop. Whilst the shop is small, we do have the warehouse next door, so we are able to bring you a range of sizes and colours to you if they are unavailable on rack or shelving. We have also made our staff member aware of this and have taken your feedback on board, she hasnt been with us very long but from your feedback we will continue with some extra training. May be great on line, but do not hold your breath when you go there it is very small and the staff are not that welcoming and all she could tell me when I asked for some help was have you seen it on line. If this is the flag ship outlet for 511 it is not that good. Not worth a special trip.

Great products if tactree actually have them in stock. Half of the orders I have placed have had very significant delays weeks. My last order was being strung out so long I had to cancel it. You constantly need to be enquiring about the delivery time for your order. I was told today that despite the website saying in stock, tactree only place an order with their supplier once they receive an order. Tactree refunds quickly. Possibly because they realise what a poor service they have with regard to supply. Tactree needs to be more upfront about stock levels at/before time of purchase. Overall very disappointing. My last interaction with tactree left me with the impression that they do so much business that they could afford to lose my custom and couldnt really care less.

Put several orders through their online shop. Spoken to customer service on the phone regarding stock queries etc. They come across professional and very helpful. Timely delivery and well packaged. Would recommend.

Closed on weekends when everyone has the time to go. In the week when people work it shuts at 5. So im still yet to visit the place when its open.
