I took 12 custom made tye die tee shirts to Anytime Tees to be printed. They misprinted one of the shirts. I spoke with the owner, Rachel, who repeatedly stated her policy on not guaranting shirts from outside her store. She did admit that it was the store employee's mistake but policy doesn't allow her to reimburse me the $25 or even give store credit on a future order! Mind you I spent $200 for the printing on that order! Rachel was rude and made no attempt to make things right! I guess she must really need that $25! For the sake of her business she should take that money with all the other she has screwed people out of and take some business classes! I wish 0 stars was an option

This was by far the worst customer experience ever!!!! And guess what.. it was the owner her self Rachel. She destroyed our property and refused to make it right.

1. Didn't give us 24 hours to order shirts 2. Called the same day orders were due at 3:30pm to order 4 t-shirts, they said they can't place orders over the phone and they couldnt reopen the website I have NEVER had a bad experience with this company until now and I'm genuinely upset. The t-shirt I was trying to order was for an activity during my senior year and now my parents and I don't get shirts to wear to the event or to set out afterwards at my grad party.
