I emailed them to proccess a return. They were very responsive at first. After iwent to drop off the shirts they told me i should recive the refund withing 3-5days. Its been two weeks. i email them call them and they dont answer at all.

placed an order for school shirts and when I received them they had circular stains around the logo I called to have the issue resolved and their fix was that they want me to drive to their office so they can exchange them its not a 5-10 min drive its about 40 min with no traffic and @1hour with traffic.. very disappointed in the customer service and in quality of the work...

Very disappointed with this company. My daughter's school has only allowed us to purchase the school shirts through this company or else I would have bought somewhere else. Many people are saying that their turn around time was so fast but in my case they couldn't get ONE shirt shipped off until one month later. The price for the shirt was $14.99 and they charged me $8 for shipping(which I paid since it said "priority mail"). I thought okay, quick shipping, no problem. WRONG! They wanted to charge me priority shipping but they were going to take one month send it off. When I emailed customer service, Tom was not friendly at all. Instead of offering for me to pick up the shirt, so I wouldn't have to cancel the order, he simply canceled. This company is literally blocks away from my daughters school, they are local, and based on other reviews, they allow pick up. So why didn't Tom offer me that courtesy. Rude, completely rude.
