January 4, of 2020 myself and 3 bridesmaids went shopping at Tiffanys for dresses for my bridesmaids. We looked around and the girls found one dress that they all ended up liking and decided they wanted to wear the same one. The dresses were ordered on January 4 and they still have not received the dresses. I myself (the bride) and 2 of my bridesmaids have called and questioned the dresses arrival date and each time we get a different answer. Now almost 7 months later and the wedding quickly approaching and the bridesmaid STILL do not have dresses. I purchased my wedding dress from a different bridal boutique in February and have already received it back and had alterations done. I would not recommend shopping with Tiffanys, we felt judged the second we walked in the door and the customer service has not been what we had expected.
