So disappointed with what has become of this locally owned and operated business. I used to bring a tremendous amount of business for a variety of projects but not anymore. Since taking over, the new owner has focused a lot of energy with disparaging the previous owners. Everything from decorations, to organization, to equipment choices. I have consistently received a condescending and inpatient attitude over the past year, which has been a major disappointment. The final straw came recently when he made a significant error on a project for me and then dealt with me by lecturing me on how it was my fault not his. He even repeated the lecture over the phone to me 4 times and with an attitude you usually reserve for a misbehaving 5 year old. Along with the rude demeaning attitude he marvels in always being right. Pricing has certainly gone up significantly since the transfer of ownership. I found a few of my orders actually cost more at PP than Office Depot on 2 occasions. We have sadly moved on to other local & on-line businesses for all our print needs.
Very helpful and great service. They don't have a computer kiosk, but the young lady at the front allowed me to email my documents to her so she could print out and make copies for me
Perfect Printing is absolutely hands down perfectly awesome. I have been looking for not just a Printing company, but, someone I could get help from, regarding the look of my logo. Rachel and everyone who printed my logo went above and beyond. They really care about the work you need done. I will continue to have them print all of my material. I really trust them, they also are very prompt in getting Printing finished ! You won't be disappointed with them!!! You will be happy!
