Honestly, for my first bridal shop, I didn't realize how poor the customer service was here until I got more experience. To start, the girls there weren't very welcoming. We walked in and immediately signed the liability waiver for Covid reasons and were sat down. Obviously, I understand everyone has their own rules due to Covid, but it's really a buzz kill to be immediately sat down and put in a corner without being able to walk around the boutique and look at the dresses. That's part of the experience, no? The two friends I brought weren't able to choose any dresses for me, nor were we able to even look at them... We were told we couldn't because they had other appointments, but no one came in in the hour and half we were there. From there, since it was my first time I didn't exactly know what I wanted, but did my best to explain what I was looking for, so the bridal consultant chose all the dresses for me. I felt like there was such a lack of potential not being able to see what they even had... Every dress, except 1 was nearly 1k OVER my MAX budget and $1500 over what I told them I wanted to spend... Just overall disappointed. This wasn't a good experience, nor would I recommend anyone to come here. As far as Covid goes, it really doesn't make sense to me that retail stores are open and people can shuffle through the clothing they're going to buy, but I can't look through the dresses here. Precautions taken could be-- To have potential brides and their guests wash their hands immediately while entering the store and keep masks on (which was enforced). But really, its pretty contradicting that all 8 dresses I tried on went over my entire body but I couldn't use my hands to look through dresses? While however many other people have put the same exact dress on? Ok.
