I rented a suit on June the 9th and when l put the suit on it had a very pungent odor of arm pits. I called James & James but it was closed by that time; l had to buy Fabreze to spray on the jacket and shirt because the smell was so bad. When l returned the suit and complained they said they dry clean all their suits which didn't address my issue. They just said sorry and took the suit and walked away...don't waste your time and money there.
