Our policy has always been no returns, refunds, or exchanges on wigs or hairpieces. Posted at each station, at the door when leaving, and on the counters. Listed on the receipt is the return policy: "Returns/Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase with receipt only. Tags must be on garment and in original condition. NO REFUNDS will be given, exchange or store credit ONLY. NON -RETURNABLE: wigs, hairpieces, girdles, all-in-ones, panties, swimwear, sales items, Squeem items, no tagged items, any worn garments. No exception! Check store for details. Alterations: Federal law requires that all worn garments must be laundered before returning for alt. Any garment brought in, in soiled condition will be returned to the customer unaltered. We no longer accept checks." This is to ensure that each customer is purchasing a "new" wig. We are very open to ordering items we do not have in stock as was offered to you. There are too many styles/colors to keep in stock. We do apologize for the misunderstanding of our policy.
