The store itself--awesome. Great selection of succulents and succulent accessories, including terrariums, hanging pots, and even tiny succulent necklaces. Prices seem to be slightly cheaper than at Flora Grubb. Succulence gets only 3 stars, though, because the service was pretty poor. I was in the back room putting together a sort of potting kit for my housemate, and while the associate would say things like "let me know if you need any help," when I'd ask questions, he'd give me short answers as if I was asking stupid questions. I had already told him that I wasn't very knowledgeable about this stuff, so no need to treat me like I'm stupid. Overall I felt really uncomfortable around him. The woman at the cash register, who seemed to be a manager, was much nicer and more helpful; just wish she was the one in the back helping customers out.
