This business has the worst customer service! In Jan I placed and paid an order for hoodies. I called several times to receive status of the order. After 5 weeks of not having the order fulfilled I requested a refund. I was denied and told the owner would contact me to come to a resolution. The owner has never contacted me, still to this day, only after starting legal proceedings and having the owner served with a lawsuit, I was refunded the money. Something that could have easily resolved with a phone call and apology.

This review is just based on customer service. Didnt even want to purchase product from them. I emailed someone about getting printing service went back and forth then no reply. Figured since it was after 5 and a Friday Id get a reply Monday. Nope, I had to contact them back the following Thursday. Then just the service was trash, conversations in the background while Im talking. Then just no help or clarification on the pricing I was trying to get. They quoted me 30.00 per shirt for a small reflective print on a total of 9 shirts. If anyone reads this and can do better let me know!
