We started our project 14 months ago and it is still not complete. Turf installation is sloppy and uneven. Their solution has qbeen to come and cut out a small piece of turf and lay a new one, so we are left with a patchwork effect on our turf and terrible seams that show even months/a year later. They have tried placing the blame on our pool company and the decking, but these areas are no where near our decking. Have tried resolving these issues for MONTHS with our project manager. Owner, Kyle, has been unresponsive to multiple calls and emails. Funny, not funny, that PC can reply to my negative review but not to any of my emails or calls. Again, you can see they are trying to blame the pool company when none of the pictures I posted are associated with the pool or decking. The patchwork, cut pieces, were their solution to poor INITIAL installation. Added more pics from initial installation where there were big gaps in the turf. THEIR solution was to cut new, small pieces creating patchwork and seams. We asked (and still are trying to ask) for entire piece to be replaced but they don’t want to spend the money to fix their initial bad installation.
