We have equipment down and have been focusing on that. Also the call service is supposed to schedule in person appointments not phone calls. We have low staff due to Covid. Glad you got your order done in time. Im very sorry I didnt have the pleasure of helping you with your phone int job.

3 strikes you're out. Still waiting for an email from 5 yrs ago. Still waiting for 2 SCHEDULED phone calls. Yea, you have to call to set up a phone call. Then they don't even call you back. Will never recommend you. Went with HONORARY graphics. Bam, done in 3 days.
Hey tony, when covid hit we reduced staff to a skeleton crew and made some policies that now seem outdated with access to the shop. I have just removed the appointment only rule and we now are back to walk ins and immediate call backs. I wish you the best and if you need us, hopefully we can help. We are a small shop and sometimes if we are printing orders we may be brief or have to call back. But hopefully these changes make the experience easier for others. This was my first time visiting Da Vin Tee Screen Printing and I must say the service was phenomenal. Adam and Rush, the owners, were beyond professional and made sure my order was personalized and to my liking. I had a small order of baby onesies, but they treated me as if I had an order of 100+ t-shirts. Not to mention they were completed with 30 minutes. I will definitely be using them in the future for my t-shirt screening needs and will be recommending them to friends and family.
