This location has only had one staff member present. Depending on which staff member was there our experience varied. The male was not good with my child who has anxiety at all. He made the experience worse than it needed to be and made no suggestions whatsoever on how to be successful with the blood draw, he didnt offer advice on when more experienced individuals were working, what locations might be better (more staff), nothing. He cared only about leaving so he could go to a concert that evening. The building is not well kept with respect to cleanliness. We had much better experience with two different females at the same location previously, but since have been to the Westlake location. Westlake has more staff and the inside of their suite is much cleaner. My son had a much better experience there. Though I must say one of the females at Lakeway, Katie perhaps, had a much better bedside manner than anyone else at either location.

I went in today around 11:00 a.m. for a routine lab test. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and decor of the facility. Ive been to labs in the past that are so dreary and some are actually dirty !!! I was greeted immediately and asked to sign in, which I did, on their computer log in. They had music playing in the background which was appropriate for the clientele. The room was surprisingly crowded for that hour but as people came in, others were taken back and then left ! Im surprised this lab has gotten such poor reviews!? I found it to be friendly, clean and through!!

Blake and Grace are awesome! Blake was very helpful getting my lab work from the doctors office, and Grace was so kind, gentle, I didn't experience pain for ONCE while getting my blood drawn. Will definitely be back.
