Really did not want to write this but it got so bad I had to leave a review. From day 1 this office could not get it together. Called in wrong prescriptions which led me to get sick. The front desk person would swear up and down that she would get back to me and I would never hear from her . I got tired of chasing everyone there just to get something done. Then Lucio Gonzales told me I suffer from anxiety bc I keep asking questions after he explains something. Yes Luis bc your entire staff is MIA so i have to take it upon myself to get the simplest things done correctly. I got tired of chasing every one in the office and so did my entire family. We all left. I have never experienced so much unprofessionalism. They keep asking for blood tests and nothing is done with them. (Great way to bill your insurance). Then when you call you are ignored and again the secretary swears she will call you back. I recently changed my doctor and haven’t had any of these problems. The biggest thing I noticed about my new doctor is that he doesn’t roll his eyes at me. Please take notes bc you shouldn’t be in health care if a sick patient is a burden.
