Contacted them for an estimate. Less than courteous, Amy answer the phone. Asked me to mail pictures of the job. I did so. multiple calls and emails asking if estimate was ready. No response. No one called to say, "we are too busy" or " We are not interested in your business" Not great business practice. Previous jobs have been ok. Found another shop in Concord. Will see them later today. Hopefully better customer service.

Service is great. There turn around is what they say. To small stuff. To big stuff. It is worth the drive. They know what you want before you even tell them. Went there with a chicken scratch sketch. He knew exactly what to do.

My experience with All Spec Sheet Metal was perfect. I needed a local sheet metal fabricator to make some steel skins for two tables I am building for a client. I just picked up the two skins and could not be happier! They are perfect - exactly what I wanted. The best part? Dave called me and asked a few clarifying questions about what I was asking to be made. He even offered to "hem" or roll the edges so there were no sharp edges. He also asked if the dimensions I specified were inner or outer dimensions, which I did not specify initially. And, lastly, Laurie was fantastic! Her customer service skills were awesome and her total focus on my little, tiny job was impressive. If you need ANY sort of sheet metal fabrication done, I highly recommend All Spec Sheet Metal!!
