Sent several emails and couldn't get a response so went into the office. Shane was super nice but they are apparently too busy to take on new business. Regret it didn't work out but we called AKT and they had a quote immediately.

Horrible customer services. I had to follow up with them 3 times before the order was placed to make corrections. On top of that, The invoice was incorrect multiple times. They specifically asked for my cell phone to contact me when the order was ready for pick. The order was ready in time for my event but they never contacted to inform me. When I followed up the following Monday they blamed me that I didnt contact them to make sure the order was ready. They mentioned I could have the product and get a refund but went back on their word. I ended up with no product and a refund at the end of multiple conversations. I will never use or recommend this company.

I have been using this company for several years. They are the sole provider of shirts for my nonprofit. They do a great job! They are timely, efficient, and they make sure that quality work is done. In the rare case something went wrong, they always make sure to set it right. It is difficult to find a company that can do what they do, the way they do it, for the prices they do it. Keep it up!

We do not have an ad that says we are open on Sunday. What you saw was our Facebook page. Where yes it mistakenly says we are open 24 hours. We are happy to discuss t-shirts every day of the week, but our operation is not open on the weekends. Your typical turn around at a screen printing company is 14 days, plus you wanted one shirt printed and we have minimums. Hope you found someone to print the shirt for you on Sunday.

It's Sunday and I get online to find a place that's open and there website said they where and when asked if I could get a shirt done today I was informed that there not open and nothing can be done....... THEN CHANGE YOUR AD
