I am revising my review due to some dissapointing experiences lately with this place.I don't think they deserve 5stars from me anymore. My daughter ordered a bouquet for my birthday online and when her sister went to pick it up, it was nothing like the one on the picture online. I understand you cannot have all the flowers in stock but the bouquet looked so bad and cheap(first of all, the color of the bouquet was completely different than the picture and just bunch of cheap flowers put together and there wasn't any decent main focal flower in the bouquet), her sister felt bad so she had to buy more flowers at the grocery store to add on and still looked like something not worth the money she paid. I wasn't gonna write any bad thing for the review at first but when I finally taking the bouquet out of vase since it's getting old, I noticed most flowers are just chopped up left over stems. I know some stuff about flower arrangements myself and none of the flowers are decent stem and they were all small pieces of filler flowers put together to form this bouquet. I also had other issues that they couldn't help me due to not having enough flowers in stock and I understand the situation but they were not helpful at all. Not apologetic and basically told me to go somewhere else. So that's it for me. I am not using them anymore and if you are picking flowers online, I would rethink and go somewhere else because their online pictures are deceiving and you are definitely not getting your money worth. They did an amazing job, I'm so glad I found this place. I had a really bad experience ordering flower form online florist so I was little worried about how this will turn out but I don't have to worry about where to go next time I need flowers! The other arrangements they had in store was also beautiful. I can't go back to other florist anymore.
