I found The Computer Guys via Home Advisor and requested them to conduct an on site home assessment for some network cabling runs on a Friday. A representative showed up and surveyed my house and stated he would provide a quote the following Monday. The representative didn't appear to want to do the job and after spending a good bit of time in our home he has yet to provide a quote. I texted the representative and no response. They wasted our time, entered our house and never followed through with providing a quote. Don't waste your time because most likely they will waste yours. Some advice to the computer guys: 1.) follow through on your word. 2.) If you don't want to do the job then please inform the potential client.
