Horrible. Over Year and a half to get wedding pics. Never called our daughter. Husband had to deal with her. Very snobby!! Seemed nice up front. What a surprise!

I was really hopeful. I found Jenna and Timeless Memories online. I called. I asked if there was any chance she had time that same day. It was the week before thanksgiving, and I wasn't hopeful. She said she could do 30-45minutes. We have two little boys, and they frankly can't sit still for anywhere close to that long. I figured it was worth it. We went, the studio was ok, lots of props that the boys really liked. The place wasn't terribly clean. She was so friendly it didn't seem to be an issue. She was nice to our kids. She was nice to us. I was rather hopeful. I paid for the session right after we did and she had to hurry off. Not a big deal, she told us she had to. So why 1 star. She told us we would have photos, at least 1 or 2 by Monday before Thanksgiving. Monday went by. I called on Tuesday. Left a voicemail. No response. Called on Friday after Thanksgiving, No response. Called the following week, voicemail no response. Called again, voicemail, no response. Called again and expressed that I would be visiting the studio for a refund due to her complete inability to respond to voicemails. When I wanted to book an appointment she called back in under 20 minutes. If you can't deliver, don't promise. We wanted the photos for Christmas cards. We had to go elsewhere. Don't waste your time with Timeless Memories. The only memories it will create will not be positive.

This is the second year I have used Jenna for my daughters' Easter pictures and I cannot say enough about her! My oldest daughter absolutely loves playing with the bunnies and chicks and the photos are beyond priceless. She is extremely reasonable, fun to work with and has a fast turnaround time which has never left me without plenty of time to send out our cards. We look forward to making this a tradition in our family! Thank you for the beautiful and yet hilarious memories.

All of the teams orders were delivered to the coaches and they were to hand out the orders, If there is a family that is missing part of their order or didn't receive something that they think they should have, they can call the studio or reach out through email and their order will be filled.
