Food was decent but we were told that our dogs were not allowed on the patio. We left our dogs in the car with the A/C on and kept leaving our table to check up on them. When other customers arrived with 2 large dogs, they tied one outside of the patio (on the sidewalk), then their second dog actually sat on the patio underneath their owner's table. If you're going to come up with rules for your staff to enforce, make it consistent so your customers don't feel singled out. This is bad customer service and we drove all the way from Chicago to visit Traverse City sites.
