Do not get their service. Find someone else. Seriously, do not get the residential trash pick up. We spent each week on the phone with them and they told us trash would be picked up when it was missed, it never happened. We always had to call back and tell them they did not come on the scheduled date or the second date they told us it would come. I spent endless hours calling them and trying to get them to get our trash. Our trash sat out for entire weeks waiting for them to pick it up as we were promised every day that they were coming and we were on the schedule for pick up and of course we were disappointed every day. The only person who helped us there, if we could get her on the phone, was Sharron. This is literally the worst customer service company I have ever experienced in my life. They are the top of the list, there is no worse company I have ever dealt with. They never did what they said they would do, they never made you feel like you were important in any way, they never explained they were having issues with trucks, manpower, or backups. We never received a reason as to why they were the way they are. Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible communication. Again, find someone else to pick up trash, anyone else.
