Ha would have walked out even after my 90 days. To save you TLDR treat your employees like your customers. They have 15 year employees but on average they burn through temps to hires( disrespectful employees and work load to pay is way off) then anywhere else I've seen or worked. If you dont believe me ask them about the Facebook photo that their 15 year employee wrote some thing about,"someone's something is hurting they need a skid". You make a promise to a customer you keep it right otherwise you lose money samething with employees you just make more work for your current employees.
I was trying to reach Clinton Aluminum who a business partner referred me to purchase aluminum plate from so I Google searched "Clinton Aluminum" I clicked on the link at the top of the page and the page brought me to Howard Precision Metals. I thought I clicked something wrong so I searched it again and I saw that Howard was using there competitor name as an adword. This seems to me as a really unethical way to try to promote your business, but I guess if they are that desperate to gain new business some people will try any shady unethical approach.. My advice would be to stay away from Howard Precision Metals and try Clinton Aluminum!
Arrived early to unload and waited my turn. After backing into the dock I politely asked to use the restroom and was denied due to the virus. I spend 14 days at a time on the road away from amenities such as my own bathroom. To be treated like a diseased animal at a place I am helping by delivering product to is disgraceful and these people should be ashamed of themselves.
