Dont book flights from them..they charge admin fee even though the flight has been canceled by the airline..disappointing service!

The worst experience with lastminute.com,the flights got cancelled 3 times and they never refunded the money instead we got voucher which will never be able to use again as flights got cancelled all the time booking from the voucher..Helpline was never helpful..we need our money back..

Our booking was cancelled almost a year ago and still haven't received the full refund. Tried to contact them and they did not give me any answer, still waiting.
