I booked with Gabi a month in advance the day before my trip and I even had to ask for the day off work. My appointment was at 9:00 a.m. And I showed up on time as 30minutes went by an employee said she would contact Gabi and I was left unattended for over an hour in hopes of her showing up. I didn't want to bother the ladies working but when it hit the 2 hour mark I had enough and asked if they heard back from her in which they just said "no I honestly don't think she's going to come anymore" I was literally so upset and more at the fact that she didn't even bother to communicate with me and just wasted my time. really unprofessional :( (I'd suggest booking with Bri, she actually took the time to text me back and try and squeeze me in the following day!)
