It had taken way longer than it was supposed to. Won't reply to any emails.
We're sorry your experience wasn't what you expected. We do require our staff to submit an email quote, because too often, a quote is misinterpreted. As you said, a quote is just a quote...until someone holds you to it and there is no proof of what was discussed. We have found that having a written quote is best for both sides, that way no one feels ripped off.

Called to get a price quote for 60 custom t-shirts and it was extremely difficult. Rather than get the information via the phone of what I need, they wanted me to email them so they can have proof? Of what? Its called a price quote. For the amount of time I was on the phone questioning why I have to send an email other businesses would have given me a quote already or at least gather my information and called me back. I was placed on hold and then got hung up. What a strange exchange.
Working with Kieran was my best experience with an order at Dakota Lettering so far! She knew just what I wanted and was very thorough. There were no issues whatsoever with my order even though I changed quite a few things from what we had done in the past.
