Hello Luke, did you contact us at the time to give ourselves a chance to rectify any issues? I can see on the system there are two orders from one from March 21 and one from August 21 but there are no emails from yourself. On your August order we outsourced to a trade partner during our summer shutdown and we left this information on our e-mail auto reply and answer machine. So we will have to raise this issue with them to see what happened. Obviously if there are issues with your order its always best to contact us, and if there is an issue with the quality of the product you received we will always solve this.
