I had previously called to see if I could get a jacket embroidered and was told yes, no problem. I then went in and said I would like to get a jacket embroidered with just a first name. The employee behind the counter asked when I would like to pick it up and I said possibly today or tomorrow, whatever works! And then the employee proceeded to laugh in my face and say that is not possible, the earliest is in 2 weeks. I know its the holidays and everyone is very busy, but there was no reason to laugh in my face and make me feel uncomfortable/stupid for not knowing that they were so busy.

Laura, I'm not sure who you spoke with, but people bring their own garments in for embroidery all the time!! There must be some misunderstanding? Laura, I am replying to your negative review that was edited, to let you know that the business was taken over in January of 2020, hence the late response. Regardless of this happening prior to our take over, I still wanted to make sure time was taken to reply. I'm sorry for the experience you had prior. Have a great day!

The older woman at the counter was very rude. I walked up to the counter, pulling out a Polo shirt from my bag to ask what it would cost to embroider about 10 shirts, and before I finished my question, she was shaking her head and responded "no!" When she finally allowed me to finish my question, she gave me an exhuberent quote. All with an awful attitude. It seemed like she wasn't interested in my business and so I walked out. Would not recommend. I edited this review to offer more clarity to the owner who is confused and responds to a negative review A YEAR LATER!
