Have done business with Superior on multiple occasions when Jim was the owner and couldn't be happier. Good quality work, done on time, for a fair price. Not so anymore. Just placed a re-order. After several weeks messing around with poor communication, I dared to express my dissatisfaction with their front desk person. Joe, the new owner for the past year, instead of expediting their slow turn-around sent me a rude email the following Monday for "berating" his staff, and canceled our order. Superior imprints no more.
Rude and unfriendly customer service. We were going to send a considerable amount of business over to them, however, after our experience over the phone we will no longer be doing so.
