Jon, I'm sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. The embroidery shop can be noisy and we don't always notice calls or texts immediately. Once we did get in touch with you, you let us know that you wanted to get a shirt embroidered with your logo today. You had the logo on a thumb drive. We would have to digitize the logo for embroidery (create a file that will run the embroidery machines) and that takes at least 24 hours, and more if revisions are needed. We also only embroider the items that we sell on our website. We have many local customers that we work with despite being an online company and do this while respecting our neighbors by not having a steady stream of walk-in customers coming into the neighborhood. Once again, we're sorry. We hope that when you can give us more time and order our products, we can help you in the future.

In local area. Tried to call at advertised opening time (9 A. M.) and 15 min after with no answer. Texted the number and final got a response at 9:45 A.M. Company address is listed on Google, but it actually a residence. Was trying to get a quick order done and they are unavailable to help. Might be good online service, but local service is a no-go.

Tom with Embroidery Authority was fantastic to work with, EA led me thru every step with prompt attention to my Logo details. I sent them my Logo and stated that I wanted my company's name also on embroidery. I just gave them the type of font and they did the rest. I have had other Embroidery shops do hats and polo shirts and by far EA quality was top notch. Great Job. I'm now strutting around the job site like a proud Rooster!! I have found my Embroidery place for years to come.... Thanks to Tom and his entire Staff... 5 stars
