I am very sorry you were so unhappy with us. We quoted 10 working days for production from art approval. We delivered the product 10 working days from art approval. I think there was some confusion about when that production time starts as time is needed to create and do edits on new art. We created new art, embroidery files and sew outs, then the client changed the art and we did all that work again with the new art. Then they changed the order after it was finalized because they had a couple guys quit. No problem we changed the order again. It did take a week or two to get their art done, edited, redone, find the polos they wanted, and then when some colors they wanted weren't available we found a substitution. It is our fault that we didn't better communicate with this person to make sure he understood that the production time couldn't start until we had his garments confirmed and all the art ready to go and approved. Halfway through the 10 day production time this person called and berated our salesman in an abusive manner and also sent an abusive email to the same effect complaining that we missed our deadline. We tried to explain that we were still within our production schedule but we were met with anger and profanity. This is when we asked him to not contact us again. We had already spoken with a different manager at his company who told us not to deal with him anymore. This manager apologized for the employee's behavior and the order was completed with the new manager without any further issues. They paid their bill (they didn't cancel the order) and even came back at a later date and had us quoting new orders. This implies that this company couldn't have been too unhappy with our service at the end of the day. I apologize for any part we had in this situation and we will definitely work on improving our communication.

Referred to this supplier by a new manager at our operation. His friend is a salesman there. Nice enough but over promised and under delivered on first order. Tried to blame it on us. Terrible. The customer should always be right. Called owner. Said to never call him again because I was unprofessional. Whoa! Said he would talk to my supervisor thinking it was manager and friend of his salesman. Wrong. My supervisor is owner who said to cancel order. You can do better.
Had a uniform pant issue. Rick was quick to lend a hand and get the process started to correct it. A new pair of pants are now ordered to set up the exchange and I'm told by Rick to expect a call soon. Quick and easy. Thank you Rick and Public Hero!
