1 day outside visit after 3 months, only if you finish all the Christian educational material, poorly cleaned, donated food, 530am wake up time, and your lucky if u get to sleep by 1030. You can make a phone call once in a while. All in all would not recommend, unless your avoiding jail, but even then consider just doing the time, you’ll have to work the entire time you are here. This place is designed to take desperate addicts and get them hooked on Christianity.

I am sorry that you had a negative experience renting the hall. If you would, please contact the center to discuss. It sounds like you have done a considerable amount of business with us and we would love to continue the relationship or at the very least, end it on better terms. We have never had anyone contact us that was not satisfied with the service they received and we would love to hear about what we could have done better, and make it right. Our primary focus at Teen Challenge, is to help people be set free from addiction. I hope and pray that this negative review does not stop someone who is considering getting help, from doing so. I can't speak on what they do in terms of rehab but when it comes to doing business with them (renting the hall) I wouldn't recommend it! The director Joe Rand and Charles the organizer were very unprofessional and they don't look out for the customer! I could go into great detail but as God as my witnesses i've done a considerable amount of business with them and would advise you to not deal with them unless you like everything out of order and mickey mouse people!!

Sheila, I am very sorry you had a bad experience on the phone. If you have time to call back, please ask for the Director so he can speak to you and make it right. We never want anyone to feel like they were a hindrance for calling. Even though our Thrift Store closed and we no longer take donations, we always appreciate the willingness and generosity.

Tried to donate to them & they way they spoke to me on the phone was so rude. It’s like I was irritating the guys life by asking a simple question. I’m glad they don’t take donations cause I would hate to deal with them in person.
