The vast majority of our 'used' instruments are ones that are bought on our rental purchase plan and returned before they are paid off and are priced differently from the comparatively few we buy back. Also, when we sell a used instrument we incur all the repair costs necessary to be able to confidently sell it with our 1 year warranty. For this reason, when we do a buyback we are making a wholesale offer, which is less than what you might make in a private sale. We do apologize for the delay in getting back to you, the process usually only takes a couple days and our move may have interfered with the timing.

We bought a clarinet for 1500 dollars from them, that was used. They told us during the purchase that they would buy it back if it didn't work out. We'll it didn't so we took it in and they took 2 weeks to even make us an offer. What was there offer..... 250. What a absolute joke of a business. I wonder how many times they sell the same instruments over and over. The guys that work there are friendly and it's more of the actual owner that's the issue.
