We support each machine that our company has ever supplied since 14th February 1995, even if a customer purchased a machine privately from a third party which was originally supplied by YES, we always try our best to offer a solution to each technical problem. Sadly, to say some equipment once it reaches 18 years of age or older becomes no longer supportable due to the technological advancements in electronics and manufacturing processes. If this is the situation in your case then we will do our very best to help, but sometimes parts become obsolete which is out of our control as a distributor. The worse company to buy from, Roy the director couldnt careless and is very rude. After experiencing a very unpleasant phone call where he didnt bother offer to help my situation in no way shape or form. Aftercare support is a shambles! Stay clear from this horrendous company!

I am not a customer my partner is currently a customer of theirs. I advise anyone that has money to spend on setting up a business, to not spend it here and go elsewhere. They do sell great products, if they work properly to begin with, but if you ever encounter problems after purchase and in need of aftercare, then please stay away, because they won't help unless you spend more to rectify the problem. I can assure anyone this in turn will be detrimental and will cost your own company thousands in losses because you have equipment that has broken down before you've even started. In my personal opinion and witness to this, I think their aftercare is shocking but also there is a great level of incompetence, ignorance, on top of arrogance not to mention no telephone etiquette when answering to customers. Technical support was almost impossible to come by even with perseverance, which in addition was causing a lot of stress to my partner as well as losses to his business. He was turning work away because of it. One of the printers hasn't yet been used for production and YES suggested to buy the part from them to rectify the problem, however at a ridiculous cost and hundreds of pounds more than what the manufacturer sells it for. Diabolical what they're doing, yet some people are none the wiser and happy to pay extra. Not impressed!!

We have a compress UV-1200 printer that was purchased through YES Embroidery, it's been a good machine but like everthing has its moments, these guys have always been there to help and big thankyou for the rapid response i got when the software failed, Made a call and Graham And Liam were on the case straight away i was up and going within 15 mins. Highly recommended its nice to see good customer service still exists. Cheers to all at YES Embroidery.

Purchased a 35k Digital Printer, lots of problems with VERY expensive service calls and parts. Relationship ended with truly shocking argument over poor quality inks they supplied. I cannot and would not recommend this company for hardware / support or consumables
