I had reached out to tailor made for placement after hearing about this agency from a friend. After the initial email setting up an interview with the agency themselves, I never was able to actually have the interview because the agent I was working with created a lot of excuses for why the times we decided on would not work and in the end lied and said that I was no longer interested which at the time was far from the truth. I can not help but believe my ethnicity played a part in me not receiving a call back, because given my background and credentials I know I’m more than qualified. If you’re a nanny of color looking for work, I would suggest looking elsewhere for placement.
