Their physical shop customer service might be great but online service is horrible! They will say anything to close a ticket, even lie about stock! We have tried with several stores to get a specific violin case and every shop has been sold out and also lied about stock. That is why we specifically asked Southwest Strings first about stock before placing the order. The did exactly the same as every other store.... "Yes we confirm we have stock" - just to place the order and be told "We are currently out of stock"
