I got this for my wife for mothers day she tried to make a appointment no one got back with her Sara left a message had a death in family and had no opening..i personally called np answer left a message no return call until after Groupon expired now she wants me to pay again because she was busy I SUGGESTED YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I just lost the money I paid... .
Had the most unprofessional experience here. I made an appointment for a hot stone massage + facial for July 28th at 1pm. This was confirmed by the merchant on July 17, 2019. I showed up to my appointment and was told I would have to reschedule because she already had another client on the table. She claimed that she did not double book and this was not something that normally happens. I showed her my appointment confirmation and she acknowledged that she must have let a walk-in take my appointment. She further claimed it would be unprofessional for her to ask the person to leave (even though I was the one who had an appointment) and continued to make excuses for her unprofessional behavior. For a luxury service I was baffled by the unprofessional nature of Sarah and I will not be returning.
Shannon was amazing!!! I have very fine/thin hair & have left many salons feeling completely hopeless & defeated. Shannon definitely had something very special...while I may have walked in feeling nervous for yet another fail, within three minutes of talking to her my mind was 100% at ease! I could tell she truly cared about her clients & making them happy for the long run. She didnt pressure me to take a step I may regret, she took the time to explain all options & gave me her best explanation of each while allowing me to make each decision on my own. Ive FINALLY found a hairstylist to fit my needs!!!
Went for Smile Direct Club. The girl in the waiting area just looked at me like I was lost, while she was on an iPad. She didn't speak until I asked if she worked there. Turns out she was the one I needed for my appointment so it wasn't a good experience.
