False advertising on a silver necklace. Item received is different from what is advertised on their website. Informed Business multiple times to post the correct picture of the necklace they are selling but it's been over a week and they still have not corrected the website. My intention is not to hurt this business but to ensure that customers like myself aren't cheated. In the picture below, the one against the blue background is what they are ACTUALLY SELLING and the one against the black background is what they are advertising on their website. Beware of buying any of their products.

AVOID!! Items (bangles) purchased over 3 months ago still haven't arrived. Their customer service is appalling and they only publish glowing reviews on their website. I know this as my review wasn't published despite submitting it. I was promised a refund and that didn't arrive either. Their business is named after Karma, I hope they get theirs.

SCAM COMPANY! DOOOOO NOOOOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! THEYLL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I ordered a month ago and still havent received me order which was said to be delivered 10 days after my order was placed! Never received an email even saying my order had been processed! I currently have 5 TICKETS OPEN still waiting for someone from customer support to get back to me which it states on each ticket would be within 2 business days! My first ticket was put in 11 business days ago and I still havent heard from anyone!
