Highly recommend. With so many classes offered M-F, it's a great value for the monthly price. Classes are small and trainers are fantastic.

First time here, and I have zero complaints. All the staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable, which is a big plus for me since I am quite shy. The class size was small enough that it almost felt like a private lesson.I look forward to the next class!
