Cardinal Catastrophe Services has a long history of not paying sub-contractors and withholding commissions from their 1099 salesmen and women. The amounts unpaid by CCS are in the thousands. They do not have appropriate staffing to properly take care of customers as illustrated in previous reviews. Warranty issues are not handled in a timely manner if at all. CCS has been unable to maintain a steady workforce due to their behaviors which would comprise any business. I would not recommend Cardinal Catastrophe for a long term solution on home repair.

This company will rip u off. I worked for them for 6 months. They owe me thousands of $. They do not measure roofs and they do not give prices. They act like a full scale general contractor, but they are not. They build a cheap roofing system, and they charge full/ maximum retail for it. If you have problems with your roof after its done, the owner Aaron will do all he can to get out of honoring your warranty

What an amazing local family business. Excellent serice, excellent quality and excellent professionalism. I have personally used Cardinal Catastrophe Service for my home & business and I highly recommend them to you. It's tough knowing who you can really trust, especially with something as important as your family's home and in my case, my family's home & business. I'm a human being just like everyone else, and just like everyone else, I work extremely hard for what I have. So when it comes to my home and business, I am extremely cautious with who I hire, and what company I trust. After all, my home is where my kids live, and my business is where I work with kids to help them become successful teens & adults. I put my trust in Cardinal Catastrophe and I couldn't be happier, and if I have another problem arise, I don't have to waste time wondering who I should call. Take my word for it, they take the worry & pain out of an already painful situation, or they prevent the painful sitation from getting worse by catching the problem early. If you select Cardinal Catastrophe, please be aware they regularly promote releasing depreciation on work not performed and telling the homeowner they can pocket the money. This is insurance fraud that leaves the homeowner at risk if caught by their insurance company. For example, if insurance covered gutters, and only the roof was completed, the only depreciation that should be released is the roof. When CCS releases depreciation for the gutters and you pocket the money, instead of completing the gutters, you are committing insurance fraud. By googling, you will find this is a fact, regardless of what CCS tells you.
