I cant believe all these great reviews! I know the company can take down bad ones so lets see how long this one stays up! Didn't start on time, would just not show on days they were scheduled. Installed things wrong caused flooding. And when something they installed fell apart in less than a year they said sorry about your luck. Unresponsive unless you hound them and of coarse didn't finish on time. Like 3-4 weeks late.

Willoughby came to my rescue when another contractor messed up the job. They were quick to come and assess the situation and make recommendations that worked for me. They fixed everything I asked for and then some! And at a price that was fair and reasonable. Customer service was outstanding! Called them again for another job. Highly recommend Willoughby Construction and Consulting!

My wife and I are new to Hagerstown. Lived in Rockville 37 years but wanted to downsize and live on one floor (no more stairs for us), and found a Cape Cod with two Bedrooms upstairs if my kids need a place to stay. House was built in 1949, and did need some repairs and redecorating before we could move in. We like to rely on Home Advisors for recommendations, and they recommended Willoughby Construction and Consulting and glad they did. However, we always get at least 3 quotes for work to be done. Willoughby was very competitive and won almost all of the quotes so we had them do interior painting; hardwood floors; cleaned and waterproofed walls in the basement and painted walls and floor in basement and installed 3 basement windows. Extremely pleased with responsiveness, price, and quality of work! Plan to do more projects on this old house when it warms up, including resurfacing driveway, new roof on back porch, and some painting and siding outside. I feel confident Willoughby will be part of those projects. In addition to the work they did, they also hauled away trash and yard waste from the house which had been cut down, recommended the supplier we used for new kitchen floor and carpeting for bedrooms and stairs to 2nd floor. They also gave us several ideas for a future addition. Willoughby was also recommended by the pest control company which we selected from Home Advisors too! They have an excellent reputation and many satisfied clients in Hagerstown. A Five Stars company. Dan Bart

I highly recommend Willoughby Construction and Consulting. I contacted them when I needed to sell my home and they counselled me on what would bring the best return on my money, even declining work that I was willing to pay for.
