Hi Debbie: we are very sorry that the item you ordered was discontinued. The manufacturer did have to order this particular product from overseas. However after the order was placed they discovered the inventory had been depleted. Again we are very sorry for the miscommunication. Your refund was fully processed to your credit card. On February 16th, I ordered wallpaper online. On February 17th, my credit card was charged for the paper. I soon received a letter stating the order was processed and the paper was being shipped. After waiting a couple of weeks, I called the company and was told that the paper was shipping from Germany and would arrive in NYC in 1 week and would then ship and arrive in NC 3 business weeks later. Around the first of March, I was called and sent an e-mail stating that my paper was discontinued and did I want a refund? I replied yes and on March 4th I was sent an e-mail stating that my credit card had been reimbursed. Well, my account has yet to be credited. I e-mailed and had NO response. I called and was told by phone that it would take 3-5 days from March 4th to get a refund. Well, today is 3/19th and still no refund. Please beware! This company will take your money, but you might not receive product or refund!

I am so happy with Blindsmax! We have a large patio door 109 inches wide. I was surprised that there was such a variety of prices with other companies for this size. After doing my research both locally and on the web I kept coming back to Blindsmax. I first sent away for samples which I received quickly then I placed my order with them for my room darkening roller shade. My husband and I put it up and it works like a charm! I would highly recommend Blindsmax!!

Ordering blinds online is daunting (so many website choices, is the company trustworthy, etc.) My wife and I liked the Blindsmax website and the fact that they also sold Norman products. We had an excellent experience ordering blinds online. We received professional services from Ken and Gabby. Any questions we had prior to ordering were completely answered via the phone. We ordered 11 cellular and roller shades and plan to purchase a few more. The new blinds look great and operate with ease. Thank you for all of your help with our orders.

Ordered a couple of Norman 2.5inch blinds for my bonus room. Was easy to make measurements as instructed on the website and the order arrived within 2weeks. The install was easy and the fit was perfect.
