I had used BuildaSign in the past with great results. However, recently ordered a sign and talked to a representative knowing that the resolution may be poor on the sign. When I submitted the order, received an email stating Response Required due to poor resolution. I immediately responded to the email "Please print." Two days later I received an email that product will be designed and will received it by 8/6. WEll I need it by 8/3 that is why I ordered it when I did. I called and talked to the ART department and they were no help. I asked if they could expediate the shipment and she said no. The kicker - I also had another sign that was fine to print, but they did not start that sign yet so both signs could be shipped together. Last time using this company
The must tell the employees that work there you must post a positive review To stay employed. A friend applied for a job he was totally qualified for but the manager clearly had decided on who she wanted to hire even before the interview started. She "Casually" brings up this other position in the interview, very inappropriate, that he is not applying for or interested in but she thinks he would be good at. Next day get the rejection email from the position he applied for. 2 days later gets a call about the job he did not apply for to see if he is interested. He says yes to that offer and build a sign was "so excited" but he does not tell them he got an amazing offer with another company. The next day he sends Build a sign there rejection email from him. They totally waisted his time so it was only fair he waist there time. By the way, what does Builsasign consider a living wage in Austin in 2018? It no wonder a particular group of positions come up over and over again because clearly there is a very high turnover rate.
The website is a breeze to use. Uploading your own clip art is so easy. Correspondence and item updates were regular and informative. The prices were great as compared to other signage and vinyl companies. Usually you're charged a lot for less items in these circumstances but I feel like what I paid for my 5 items was fair. I received my items in a prompt manner and they came in perfect condition. I even got a coupon for future use afterward. This company helped me get through a tough time by providing a service so that I could honor a fallen Airman. Thank you, Build-A-Sign. You guys have my business forever.
Initially ordered 5 real estate metal signs, I uploaded my logo and design and the proof was very clear on the website design-ordering page. I received the signs and the logo was very bad and blurry. How can someone print these signs and NOT notify me the issue before shipping? I had to call in and resolve. I had to send in a higher def logo and additional clearer signs were made, but i had to pay for cost about $100. I should had not been charged for this as it was NOT my mistake. I paid close to $300 for 5 clear real estate metal signs. I dont think I can recommend your company to any of my coworkers.
