Spent a lot of time going through the interview process with this company. After hearing such amazing things about their Progressive style. They told me I was a risk to hire because I have kids, and because I had previously been out of work. I was out of work after having a baby and The Pandemic. Guess they aren't as progressive as they claim since they discriminate against women with children.
