Sorry to hear about your perceived experience. Unfortunately this was not how events unfolded. After about a week of chatting with you, I told you on Thursday that we needed an answer rather soon because our schedule was filling up. To which you replied, I will get back to you today. Three days later you get back to me wanting to adjust the quote again this is after almost a week and a half of conversing with you about an original quote. At which point I told you that our schedule was now full. Also, it seems that youre unfamiliar with how quotes are written. Your quote was turnkey (all materials, labor and haul off included). How can I fudge up my own numbers? We have been doing this for years, we literally multiply your linear foot by X and that's your cost. You didn't mention how you tried to get me to price match a guy who was a couple hundred cheaper with no reviews, website, insurance, licensing, etc. Someone basically working out of their truck. We are a "real" company with overhead and provide quality work. It was apparent that you were extremely price driven and wanted a cheap job not a quality job. We were professional and courteous the whole time we dealt with you. It was unfortunate you did not delegate the time to meet us at your property so that we could shake hands and get proper measurements. Trying to price shop 10 contractors via text, wont lead to a quality job. Again, apologies for your perceived issues but I am happy we did not take you on as a client. Just like all business owners are not great, all clients are not great either. I hope you find a contractor to work with that fits your personality.

It was taking me time to coordinate with neighbors on the fence project while Justin seemed to be getting impatient. They wanted to hear a YES from the get go. Eventually they started fudging with numbers (of course going up). This was in the name of them being busy. Getting busy with projects is great for a business but to start giving random numbers in the quote is unethical. He wrote to me- "Opportunity cost is a thing in business. Had you contacted me on Thursday, the prices would have been more favorable for you." I was able to get back with him on Saturday rather than Thursday. Also, their quote was the least professional with no breakdown of materials, labor etc. When asked to provide one - it was vague and Justin was uncomfortable with it. They are $$ oriented ONLY. They will be a good fit for clients who would not to do research of their own, or compare quotes or ask ATX builders any questions. They do not like clients that are thorough. As long as you are one of them - it will turn out fine for you. I was not too impressed, specially, since I contacted them after reading positive reviews. Justin Webber was my point of contact

Chip and Joanna Gaines got nothing compared to ATX Builder! Can't tell you how impressed I was with their professionalism and attention to detail. Justin came and remodeled my patio great. Its exactly what I wanted! I went through multiple contractors for this job, and the atx builder was the easiest, fastest and most reliable to work with in Leander! I have a bathroom I am almost ready to fix up. I know where Ill be going! ;)

Highly recommend the ATX Builder. They updated, power washed, and painted our front and back decks. Impeccable, professional, dependable from start to finish! Justin (the owner) and Danny are great to work with. Plan to use them for other projects in the future!

Worked with the ATX Builder on a kitchen remodel in my house in Austin, TX. Couldnt have asked for a better experience! Justin, the owner, and all others involved were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The quality is amazing and my wife and I constantly recommend them to our friends! Would 10/10 recommend!
