To all our of our customers reading this review it is clearly fake The reviewers name does not appear anywhere in our customer database. We have no record of them or dealing with them. The reviewer has left 1 bad review for us, no other reviews for any other customers The reviewer offers no comment or elaboration about their experience, this is very generic review that lists nothing but standard complaints about the removals industry (took to long, smoked, charged to much etc etc) I am sure if you search other removalists companies you will find almost the exact same review on other companies.

NOT RECOMMENDED. They were rude, dodgy and deliberately took their time to slow things down for us. They took at least twice as long as they should have. Constantly breaks for smoke /chat / phone call, incredibly expensive. Not worth the money spent. Will never use this company again or recommend.

Its great to here that your Husband has had multiple colleagues reccomend us, I am sorry your move wasnt up to your standards, once again once I am provided with the booking name I can look into this for you. In regards to our trucks being old, there has been a large shortage of available trucks in the australian market since early 2020 when covide started, with a 9 month delay on any new trucks ordered, this is obviously having a flow on effect with us needing to use the same fleet we already have. If you were to contact us directly regarding your concerns we would have happily dealt with them directly with you rather then going through a google review chat which is difficult. I had high expectation for them as my husband said that his colleagues highly recommended them, but the result was not as good as I hoped. Their truck looks old, unprofessional and unclean. They did not wrap the mattress and furnitures like some of the removalist companies we used before. Our bedsheets got ripped a hole. Some of the furnitures and duvet got really dirty as well. They sent a small truck (not sure what tonnes is the truck). We couldn't fit everything in the truck and ended up leaving a lot of things behind. I still have to drive back a few times to pick left over stuff, because the truck had not enough space. I also found later when unpacking that the weight scale fell out of its box and cracked. The overall experience is really average considering the raletively high price.
I have used the services of MTM six times for a range of different moves in Sydney and the experience has been perfect every time. All of the different removalists have been professional and I have never had any surprise additional charges from them. I would recommend them to anyone in Sydney who needs removalists.
First time user based on the positive reviews and I would surely hire them for my next move. Johnny and his pal were highly professional and made our move really easy and smooth. They arrived 10 min before the scheduled time and moved our furniture and boxes quickly with care. Also, their free box rental offers great value!
Hi michael Last time i checked, Qantas were 11 days away from going broke and Virgin went broke and had to be bailed out by the governement. Maybe they should have kept some money and not went broke? We make no apologies for ensuring our company is financially stable and can pay all of our workers each and every week. Our terms and conditions are clearly outlined at the time of the booking, we have had plenty of people test positive for Covid and we were able to make sutiable arrangements with them, If everyone works together there is always a solution. when one party yells and screams and is only out for theselves that is when we need to look after us first. I wanted to change my booking date due to being tested positive last minute but the lovely chap said I will lose my deposit of $350 dollars anyway. Not allowed to use the deposit towards a new date. Said it was because it was running a business. Great argument, is that why airplanes also don't give out refunds during these times? You have more overheads then they do apparently. Beware of using these guys during the Omi wave, at the rate we are going in NSW you will most likely have to change your move date and then lose your deposit.
