Bad customer service policies. Ordered a $435 item two and a half months ago. Patiently waited and it never came. Checked my order on their website and it only said "item is no longer available." Never got a phone call and they never initiated a refund. I had to call and ask for a refund otherwise they were just going to keep my money forever. Very dishonest and akin to stealing. I wanted to support a CT manufacturing business, but can't consider this one again after they tried to sneak this past me. Crooked as they come.
